Reservations & quotes
Quotes are estimates until confirmed by our dispatch team. Flat rates are all-inclusive of chauffeur, fuel, and tolls unless stated; extra stops, wait time beyond the included allowance, and tolls outside the quoted route may adjust the final fare.
Cancellations
Sedans and SUVs may be cancelled free up to 4 hours before pickup; Sprinters, limousines, and events up to 24 hours prior. Later cancellations may incur a charge as disclosed at booking.
Conduct & liability
Guests are responsible for damage caused during a trip. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
Payment
Accepted payment methods and any gratuity guidance are shown at booking.
